Our excursions provide a cultural summer camp experience. We take the time to learn things about our destination prior to going. While there we make it a point to have our kids interact with the kids of that country.

Why incorporate culture you ask? The only way to begin to respect what is different is to attempt to take a walk in someone else's shoes. We incorporate culture to help our kids grow and experience new things. A child benefits immensely from the cultural aspect of our trips because they learn that no matter where you are in the world kids can go through the exact same things that they do here in their own home and school. This is important to kids because it drives home the fact that no matter how many time a parent can tell them, that they are not alone.

Thirty Elephants Ltd. head office is located in Toronto, Ontario but this by no means grounds us here. We take trips leaving from anywhere in North America. If you want to see a trip in your city let us know! Our adventure travel is ONLY for ages 8-18. We start lower than the teens because of our mini trips. We take smaller trips to places closer to home, finding adventures in your own backyard.

When selecting an adventure travel agency for your kids the most important thing is actually not the adventure itself, but the safety! 30 Elephants puts safety first. We do not send your kids anywhere that we have not personally gone ourselves. What sets us apart from many of the other companies is the personal touch we put into each trip. By only taking 10 students at a time each trip is manageable and everyone is able to receive personal attention.

If you search hard enough you may come across a few international teen summer camps, but none as wonderful as ours. Youth travel has become more and more popular these days with the world seeming to grow smaller. The world wide web helps show kids all the possibilities. Our program is like study abroad meets adventure. We have an educational component to our programs. Kids are required to attend culture classes prior to going on the trip. Thirty Elephants provides an alternative to your everyday youth summer camps. We say youth instead of teen b/c we work with kids starting at the age of 8. We provide of out this world opportunities! These excursions are such unique summer programs for kids and teens because of our personal touches to each trip. Each trip is customizable to the specific group of kids going. We also spend time learning about the countries prior to each trip. Giving your child the most for your money is ultimate when choosing the best summer camp for your child.
