Registration Made Easy
Thank you for choosing 30 Elephants. You are only four simple steps away from world exploration. Please follow the instructions below to register.
Step 1
Submit the Registration Form below by completing all the required fields (including an alternate trip choice and an alternate trip dates) and clicking on the Register button (or print and fax the completed form to 1.888.610.2809)
Step 2
After you have submitted the required forms, we require a $1000 deposit to secure your position. Full payment is due prior to starting the culture classes.
Deposits and payments, (CAD and US only) can be paid using one of the following methods:
by mail with a money order, bank draft, or cheques ( please be sure that drafts and money orders are valid internationally) to:

NOTES: Please request your bank wire this instruction: "For further credit to Royal Bank of Canada" (from any country).
If you choose to pay via wire transfer, you are responsible for ensuring your payment includes adequate funds to cover any wire transfer fees charged by your financial institution.
Deposits not received within 10 days of booking may results in cancellation of registration.
NSF checks will be charged a US $30 fee Prices do not include GST, where applicable.
Step 3
Upon receipt of your registration AND deposit, you will be notified via e-mail or fax of the confirmation of your registration. Additional trip information and requirements, including the participant & parental agreement, medical form and clothing and equipment list will be distributed during the first culture class. 30 Elephants ID's will be made the 2nd to last class all forms are dure before classes end.
Step 4
The balance of the payment is due 60 days prior to travel. Fees include airfare to destinations. Registrations submitted after culture sessions have started must include full payment. Full payment not received by this time may result in the cancellation of your registration, as space will be delegated to waiting list registrants. See terms and conditions for refund policy.
